At Blu Brain, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the highest quality product. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:


We offer refunds for unopened and undamaged bottles of Blu Brain Methylene Blue. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to request a refund, please ensure that the bottle remains unopened and in its original condition. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for open bottles due to safety and hygiene reasons.

Damaged Products

In the unlikely event that your Blu Brain product arrives damaged, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will promptly send you a replacement bottle at no additional cost. We may require photographic evidence of the damaged product for our records.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your unopened and undamaged Blu Brain bottle. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product. Please note that return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must meet the following criteria:

  • The bottle must be unopened and in its original condition.
  • The safety seal must not have been broken.
  • The product must not be damaged or tampered with.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 5 business days. A refund will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that any shipping or handling charges associated with the original purchase are non-refundable.
