Shipping & Delivery

At Blu Brain, we aim to dispatch every order quickly and deliver it safely, wherever you are in the world.
Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched the same working day; orders placed after 2 pm are dispatched the next working day. We do not dispatch or deliver on Sundays.
Every order is sent via a tracked service. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order is dispatched, so please make sure the email address you enter at checkout is correct.
UK delivery
UK Delivery (standard) costs £3.49 and arrives within 2–3 working days. Faster Shipping costs £5.99 and arrives within 1–2 working days. Delivery is free on UK orders over £50; this is applied automatically at checkout. This applies to UK delivery only — international orders are not eligible for free shipping.
International delivery
We ship worldwide. Your delivery cost is confirmed at checkout based on your destination. Indicative rates are: Ireland £8.95; Europe £11.95; United States £6.00; Australia £25.69; Canada £25.69; and Rest of World £29.95. International delivery times vary by destination and local handling, typically 5–14 working days.
Customs, duties and import taxes
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the price you pay at checkout and are set by your local customs authority.
If customs holds a parcel, it is the customer's responsibility to contact their local customs office and provide any information required to release it. We will help with documentation where we can, but we cannot release a parcel held by another country's customs on your behalf.
Tracking your order
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your parcel through to delivery. If you have not received tracking details within two working days of ordering, please check your spam folder and then raise a ticket through our support centre at https://support.blubrain.co.uk/support/tickets/new.
Delivery problems
If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please get in touch with us so we can put it right. For damaged or faulty items, please get in touch as soon as you can after delivery — a photo of the item or packaging helps us process a replacement or refund without delay.
